At time of order , we will request your preferred delivery date. We however cannot guarantee your preferred delivery date and should we have to change , a member of staff will notify you of the change. Please ensure that you provide current storage license to prevent any delays.
We only use carriers that are fully licensed to carry our goods.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Replacements
All deliveries should be checked as quickly as possible. Any damage to packaging should be reported to delivery driver with written comments on the drivers manifest. For Pallet deliveries we allow 3 days to report discrepancies. When possible we would appreciate photographic evidence on all damages goods that have been damaged in transit.
- We require all delivery discrepancies to be reported within 3 days.
- Product returns forms can be download from our multimedia dropbox folders.
- Faulty items should be photographed and stored until AF Pyro Ltd requests are returned or destroyed.
This is a trade only website. All customers must apply for access and supply documents supporting their trade credentials. This website allows our trade customers to place orders for immediate delivery or to reserve stock for delivery at a later date.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time to time we may offer promotions on selected products. These promotions will be reserved solely for registered customers and may be offered while stock lasts or for a specified time period. All orders placed are subject to availability. All information is subject to E&OE.
The ability to view previous orders has been implemented however please note all orders are subject to availability. Thus it is possible that previous orders will not have been delivered in full. Customers final invoices will show only items delivered.
